Job Overview

This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You'll build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product proficiency, and effective use of digital resources. Your work enhances the customer experience and fosters long-term loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
  • Complete required training to gain knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management to support business goals.

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Customer advocate passionate about connecting and having fun while doing it! 😊 (Required)
  • Competitive drive with proven success in fast-paced sales environments. 🏆 (Required)
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing ideas and resolving customer issues. 🤝 (Required)
  • Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Licenses and Certifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Travel Requirements

Travel Required: No ✈️

Position Details

  • Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay 💰
  • Within the first 90 days, receive on-the-job training and training pay. Afterward, promote to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (performance-based).
  • Guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives and base pay.
  • Every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
