Job Overview

This role enhances retail operations by engaging customers and addressing their technology and service needs in a dynamic environment. You'll build product knowledge, demonstrate innovative technology solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, proficiency in product knowledge, and effective digital resource utilization. Your work will enrich customer experiences and foster loyalty, supporting our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and sales solutions tailored to individual needs
• Use digital tools to showcase network coverage, service plans, and product features, increasing customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to stay informed on retail processes, systems, and wireless tech innovations
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Support additional duties or projects as assigned by management

Education & Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Passion for helping customers and expressing your authentic self while building connections 😊 (Required)
• Competitive spirit with a proven track record of success in fast-paced sales environments 🎯 (Required)

Compensation & Incentives 💰

Starting pay is $21.50/hour, plus an additional $5.00/hour training pay. During the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training incentives. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, employees become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual earnings based on performance and full-time status.

All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including base pay and incentives, and every team member is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant! 📈
