Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You'll build proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized device and service solutions. Using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits is key. Success is measured by building customer relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience. Your work will enhance customer loyalty and support team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
- Complete required training to enhance knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management
Education and Work Experience
- Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun while doing it! 🎉
- Competitive drive with a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Effective balance between customer needs and performance goals

- At least 18 years of age

Compensation & Incentives 💰
The hourly base pay is $19.50, plus an additional $5.00 per hour during training. During the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, employees are eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance. All employees are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour including base pay and incentives, plus a Yearly Stock Grant since we are all owners!
