This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You'll build proficiency in customer service and sales while providing personalized device and service solutions. Digital tools will be your allies in demonstrating network coverage and service benefits effectively. Success means building strong customer relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience — making a real impact on customer loyalty and team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery.

📝 Job Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
  • Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
  • Complete required training to deepen knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective support
  • Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

🎓 Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

💡 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun while doing it! 😊 (Required)
  • Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)
  • Balance customer needs with performance goals effectively. (Required)
  • At least 18 years old

💰 Compensation & Incentives

Starting hourly pay is $19.50, plus an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, you become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year—performance-based and subject to variation. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including base pay and incentives, plus access to stock grants as part of our ownership culture. 🎯
