Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. It involves building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, proficiency in product knowledge, and effective use of digital resources. Your work will enhance customer experience and foster strong customer relationships and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs 🎯
- Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features, enhancing customer understanding and engagement 📱
- Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations 🎓
- Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives 🤝
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management as needed
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself and have fun connecting with others! 😊 (Required)
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment 💪 (Required)
- Willingness to learn and share ideas alongside peers and store leaders, serving customers and resolving issues 🤝 (Required)
- Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals effectively 🎯 (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Incentives 💰
Starting hourly pay is $21.50, plus an additional $5.00 during training. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and may be eligible for training pay. After promotion to Mobile Expert, employees are eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Every team member is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant as part of our ownership culture.
