Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. It involves building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, proficiency in product knowledge, and effective use of digital resources. Your work will enhance customer experience and foster strong customer relationships and loyalty. 🤝
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales: Deliver personalized technology and service solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize digital tools: Demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to boost customer understanding and engagement.
- Complete required training: Gain knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
- Collaborate with colleagues: Support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives across channels.
- Other duties/projects: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED: Required
- Customer service or sales experience: Preferred, especially in a retail environment (minimum 6 months)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Compensation & Incentives 💰
Starting hourly pay is $20.50 plus $5.00 during training. During your first 90 days, you'll receive on-the-job training and be eligible for hourly training pay. Afterward, promotion enhances your earning potential with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour, including incentives, and become eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
