📝 Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and addressing their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You'll develop skills in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions. Consistent use of digital tools enables you to effectively demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Success in this role is measured by your ability to build strong customer relationships, complete training, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
Your work will help enhance customer loyalty and support team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery, making a real impact on our organization.
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver tailored technology solutions
- Use digital tools consistently to showcase network coverage and service benefits
- Complete all required training to stay knowledgeable about products, services, systems, and processes
- Engage customers through needs exploration and hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
🎓 Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
🔧 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate who loves connecting and having fun! 🎉 (Required)
- Proven drive and success in a fast-paced sales environment 🏆 (Required)
- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals ⚖️ (Required)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish 🌎 (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. 🇺🇸

💵 Compensation & Incentives
Starting hourly pay is $19.50 plus $5.00 per hour during training. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, employees can earn an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. Everyone at T-Mobile is guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Plus, every employee is eligible for an annual stock grant! 🎉
