Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. It focuses on building proficiency in customer service and sales, providing personalized device and service solutions. The successful candidate will use digital tools effectively to demonstrate network coverage and benefits, fostering customer loyalty and contributing to a seamless experience. Your work will directly impact the organization by strengthening relationships and supporting team initiatives through excellent communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in customer service and sales to deliver tailored technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
- Complete training to deepen knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective support
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
- Handle additional duties or projects as assigned by management to support business objectives
Education & Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Customer advocacy: Passionate about connecting, having fun, and being authentic 😊
- Drive to succeed: Competitive spirit with proven success in fast-paced sales settings
- Balance: Effective at managing customer needs while achieving performance goals
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Age & Work Authorization: At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Incentives
Hourly base pay starts at $21.50, plus $5.00 per hour during training. 🏅
Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and training pay. Afterward, they can progress to become Mobile Experts, earning an annual incentive target of $18,000 (performance-based). All employees are guaranteed a minimum pay of $20/hour including incentives. Plus, every team member is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant as a part of our ownership culture!
