About the Role
This position supports retail operations by engaging customers and assisting with their technology and service needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll build proficiency in customer service and sales, providing personalized device and service solutions. Using digital tools, you'll demonstrate network coverage and service benefits effectively. Success is measured by your ability to foster customer relationships, complete training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Your work directly impacts customer loyalty and supports team initiatives through excellent communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver tailored technology and service solutions aligning with customer needs
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
- Complete mandatory training to enhance knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective support
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
- Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by management to support store operations
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun while doing it! 😊 (required)
- Competitive drive with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (required)
- Balance customer needs with performance goals effectively (required)
- Language fluency in English and Ukrainian, Uzbek, Tadjik, or Georgian (required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Incentives 💰
Starting hourly pay is $21.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour during training. 🌟
- Within the first 90 days, receive on-the-job training and be eligible for hourly training pay.
- After training, advance to the Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (performance-based and full-time status dependent).
- All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
- As an owner-mentality company, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
