Job Overview

This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. It involves building proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions. Leveraging digital tools effectively, you will demonstrate network coverage and service benefits while fostering strong customer relationships. Your efforts will enhance customer loyalty and contribute to our team’s success through effective communication and outstanding service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to tailor technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
  • Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions
  • Complete required training to deepen product, service, and process knowledge for effective support
  • Engage customers by exploring their needs and offering hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
  • Support other duties/projects as assigned by management to drive business success

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months experience in customer service or sales within a retail environment (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Customer advocate who loves connecting and having fun! (Required)
  • Competitive drive with a proven track record of success in fast-paced sales settings. (Required)
  • Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals. (Required)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English plus Spanish, Russian, OR Chinese (Required)
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age

Compensation & Incentives 💰

Starting hourly pay is $21.50 plus $5.00 during training. Within the first 90 days, trainees are eligible for on-the-job training and additional training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, you can earn an annual incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour inclusive of incentives. Plus, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant! 🎉
