🌟 Job Overview

This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and helping them with their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You'll develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized solutions, utilizing digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Success involves building customer relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless experience that boosts loyalty and supports team initiatives through effective communication and service.

📝 Job Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency: in customer service and sales to provide tailored technology and service solutions.
  • Utilize digital tools: consistently to showcase network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
  • Complete training: to gain knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective support.
  • Engage customers: by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
  • Additional duties: as assigned by business management to support team goals.

🎓 Education & Work Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED: Required
  • Customer Service/Sales Experience: 6 months in retail environment (Preferred)

💡 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Customer advocate: Passionate about connecting and having fun doing it! (Required)
  • Drive to succeed: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)
  • Balanced approach: Effectively managing customer needs and performance goals. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

💰 Compensation & Incentives

Starting base pay is $21.50/hour, with an additional $5.00/hour training pay during onboarding. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, you can earn an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (performance-based). All employees are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Every employee also receives an Annual Stock Grant—because at T-Mobile, we think of everyone as owners!
