Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey. Success in this position is measured by customer satisfaction, product proficiency, and effective use of digital resources, all while fostering strong customer relationships and loyalty. 🤝
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions tailored to individual needs
- Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
- Complete required training to expand knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
- Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
- Additional duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Customer advocate who is passionate about connecting and having fun while doing it (Required)
- Competitive drive with a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
- Team-oriented mindset willing to learn and share ideas with peers and store leaders
- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Incentives
The starting hourly pay is $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour during training. During the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for additional training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, which varies based on performance. Every employee at T-Mobile guarantees a minimum earning of $20/hour including incentives. 💰
All employees are also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant—because at T-Mobile, we are all owners!
