Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll build proficiency in customer service and sales, providing personalized device and service solutions, while leveraging digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits. Success is defined by strong customer relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless experience. Ultimately, your work enhances customer loyalty and supports team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery. 🤝📱
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized solutions: Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to meet customer needs.
- Utilize digital tools: Demonstrate network coverage and service benefits effectively during customer interactions.
- Complete training: Build knowledge of products, services, and processes for effective support.
- Engage customers: Explore their needs and provide hands-on technology and accessories demonstrations.
- Support additional tasks: Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Education & Work Experience
- Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Compensation & Incentives
Starting hourly pay is $21.50, plus $5.00 training pay during onboarding. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and qualify for training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, the role offers an annual incentive target of $18,000 (performance-dependent). All employees are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour, combining base pay and incentives. Plus, every team member is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant! 📈🎯
