Job Overview
This role actively supports retail operations by engaging with customers and assisting with their technology and service needs in a dynamic environment. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate innovative solutions, and guide customers throughout their shopping experience. Success is driven by customer satisfaction, product proficiency, and effective use of digital tools. Your work helps enhance the customer experience, fostering loyalty and meeting organizational goals. 🤝
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that fit individual needs
- Utilize digital tools to showcase network coverage, service plans, and product features, improving customer understanding and engagement
- Complete training to deepen knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
- Collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management as needed
Education & Work Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: 6 months experience in customer service and/or retail sales environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Customer advocate with a fun, authentic attitude! 😊
- Driven with a track record of success in fast-paced sales settings
- Team player willing to learn from peers and leadership, offering solutions and resolutions
- Balance customer needs with performance goals effectively

Compensation & Incentives
Starting pay is $21.50 per hour, plus an additional $5.00 during training. During the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and training pay. Post-training, they can progress to a Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (performance-dependent). All employees are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, plus eligibility for an Annual Stock Grant! 💰
