🤝 About the Role

This position supports retail operations by engaging with customers and assisting with their technology and service needs in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will develop expertise in customer service and sales, providing personalized solutions while utilizing digital tools to showcase network coverage and services. Success is measured by your ability to foster customer relationships, complete training, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your work will strengthen customer loyalty and support team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions by developing proficiency in customer service and sales to meet customer needs
• Use digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions
• Complete all required training to deepen knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management to support business objectives

🎓 Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

🧠 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun while doing it! (Required)
• Competitive drive with proven success in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)
• Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals effectively. (Required)
• Fluent in English and Bengali (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

💰 Compensation & Incentives

Starting hourly pay is $21.50 plus $5.00 per hour during training. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training pay. Afterward, promotion to Mobile Expert allows eligibility for an annual incentive of up to $18,000 based on performance.

All employees are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour including base and incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
