About the Role

Working collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams, you will implement a portfolio strategy aligned with brand vision, support profit and loss management, and spearhead new product development and platform opportunities.

How You Will Contribute

In this role, you will:

  • Support consumer-centric brand portfolio growth by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans and develop marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Translate strategic plans into impactful marketing initiatives focusing on creative, media, and activation development.
  • Participate actively in the Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) process, analyzing and supporting the business plan delivery.
  • Guide innovation and lead the launch of new items, coordinating with R&D and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work with Sales to create compelling presentations, product samples, and sales sheets, boosting distribution and sales at key retail accounts.
  • Manage cross-functional teams for timely project completion within budget and margin objectives.
  • Analyze brand performance and marketing ROI, applying insights to refine future strategies.
  • Oversee marketing and project budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing ROI with media partners.
  • Deliver commercial plans on schedule, supported by robust data insights.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor business performance and develop multi-year growth strategies.

Education & Certifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields

Preferred:

  • MS or MBA

Job-Specific Requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial experience, preferably in Brand Management with medium/large CPG brands (revenue of $100MM+). Bilingual English-Spanish required.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo 🧪
  • Understanding of retail landscapes and working with retail accounts to deliver results 🏪

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Plano, TX, or NJ, with a minimum in-office expectation of 2 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The salary range is $117,400 to $161,425, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The position includes:

  • Participation in a competitive bonus program with potential for overachievement
  • Health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, holidays, and vacation time
