Key Responsibilities 📝

• Conduct initial assessments and provide ongoing psychotherapy to address mental health issues.
• Manage your caseload with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements, including Medicare and insurance plans.

Qualifications ✅

• Licensure: Must hold a clinical license in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist). Other licenses are not accepted at this time.
• Experience: Preference for geriatric or long-term care populations. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, multi-tasking, and patient care skills.
• Additional: NPI number (assistance available with this process).
