Proficiency in Spanish is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering resilience and healing.
  • Develop comprehensive safety and wellness plans, supporting clients in maintaining stability and mental health progress.
  • Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, sharing your expertise to improve client outcomes.
  • Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining professional standards.
  • Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health services.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related fields.
  • Provisional license per state regulation if necessary.
  • Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
  • Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
  • Strong time management for documentation and administrative tasks.

Compensation Details

The base compensation for this role ranges from $47 – $55 per billable unit. Actual pay may vary based on licensure, experience, market conditions, and incentive opportunities. Compensation ranges are regularly reviewed to ensure competitiveness and organizational alignment.
