🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client's unique needs, promoting healing and resilience.
- Develop comprehensive plans such as crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients’ stability and mental health journey.
- Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms, maintaining professional standards.
- Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for holistic mental health treatment.
🎓 Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
- Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
- Passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong ethical practice and confidentiality adherence.
- Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities with clients and families.
- Effective time management and administrative skills.
