Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering healing and resilience.
- Develop comprehensive plans such as crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' stable functioning.
- Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, maintaining professional standards.
- Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide holistic mental health services.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
- Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
- Passionate about mental health and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
- Committed to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve client outcomes.
- Strong ethical practice and confidentiality adherence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Effective time management to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Equal Opportunity
The base compensation range for this role is $47 - $55 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market factors, and incentive opportunities. Our pay practices are transparent, equitable, and regularly reviewed to stay competitive.
