Top Job Responsibilities 🚀
- Answer calls using knowledge of credit union products, data systems, and web-based applications to assist English & Spanish-speaking callers with questions or requests.
- Verify members, review accounts, relay policies/procedures, and communicate issues to management or other teams to resolve service concerns remotely.
- Handle calls related to various queues including digital services, cards, and loans, processing associated transactions efficiently.
- Translate and facilitate: Translate conversations and assist Spanish-speaking callers when escalating or transferring to other departments or queues.
Other Responsibilities & Opportunities 💼
- Correspond with departments and management via email for additional requests or research.
- Participate in additional projects and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills 📋
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (conversational Spanish and basic banking terminology preferred).
- 6 months customer service experience recommended.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Independent work ability and effective prioritization.
- Proficient in navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Remote work experience with dual monitors is a plus.
- Works well in structured, procedure-driven roles.
