Position Overview 📋

The Member Experience Associate (MEA) is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and value to our members through genuine care, personalized service, and meeting their needs across various branch locations. MEAs are also responsible for achieving individual sales targets, supporting overall branch success through individual contributions. The role involves rotating between branches based on business requirements.

Work Details & Schedule 🗓️

This is a full-time, onsite role at AAA San Francisco Richmond District. You will work 5 days a week, including EVERY SATURDAY, with shifts rotating based on branch needs.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities ⭐

• Engage in fundamental customer interactions, including Member Services and product sales
• Be knowledgeable about AAA products and services, maintaining adherence to branch operations and compliance standards
• Provide excellent Member Experience and Concierge services
• Assist with DMV/MVD, Auto Travel, Insurance Services, Smart Home Security, and Unlicensed Insurance Services
• Meet individual sales goals by applying consultative sales techniques—discovering needs, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities
• Promote AAA products and services to reinforce membership value across all locations
• Anticipate member needs, offering tailored solutions and demonstrating flexibility in approach
