Position Summary 🎯

The Member Engagement Specialist will focus on connecting with potential members, building trust, and encouraging enrollment in our Kidney Health Management program.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential members via multiple channels to explain program benefits and promote enrollment. 🤝
  • Build rapport and trust through active listening, empathy, and personalized communication.
  • Consistently meet engagement targets by educating members, addressing concerns, and demonstrating program value.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging demeanor with prospective members and internal stakeholders, enhancing our company culture.
  • Ensure compliance by following federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, security, and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information. 🔒
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback, improve outreach strategies, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals.

Requirements ✅

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or related fields; healthcare, wellness, or population health background is a plus.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and contact center software is preferred.
  • Ability to work in in-person, hybrid, or HIPAA-compliant remote environments based on business needs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or adjusted schedules to maximize outreach.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
