Key Responsibilities

• Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales 📞🤝

Required Qualifications

• Ability to conduct daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members in the field 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
• Bilingual in English and Chinese or Korean, with full reading, writing, and speaking proficiency 🈴🈳
• Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain before start date 🎫
• Proficiency in technology, including laptops, mobile apps, and CRM tools 💻📱
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) 🗂️
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with 100/300/100 limits (Motor Vehicle Report will be checked) 🚗
• Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up; wired or wireless connection (approval required for satellite/cellular/microwave) 🌐
• Work from a private, interruption-free space to maintain HIPAA/PHI confidentiality 🔒
• Reside within the assigned territory/county 📍

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses 📄
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree 🎓
• Experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint 📊
• Community engagement through service, organizations, and volunteer work 🤝
• Previous experience selling Medicare products 🩺
• Bilingual proficiency in English plus an additional language 🗣️
• Public speaking and presentation skills 🎙️

Additional Information

All bilingual applicants must pass a language proficiency assessment, including the ILR test administered by the Federal Government. 📝

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Weekly Hours: 40 hours
• Pay Range: $35,000 – $48,200 annually, with potential commissions based on performance 💵
