About the Role

VillageCareMAX, the leading local managed care company, is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Medicare Benefit Advisor position. As part of the VCMAX Business Development Team, you will help enhance our organization’s visibility and growth through community engagement and provider referrals.

Travel & Location Requirements

• Travel required 🚗
• Must reside in NY, NJ, or CT

Language Skills

• Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin is required 🈹🈴

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within Medicare product lines to develop referral pipelines and organizational collaborations.
• Maintain referral source accounts through profiling and strategic reviews, understanding key needs, and creating plans to meet those needs.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, VCMAX intake, and operations departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Participate in community events such as health fairs, professional conferences, expos, and community benefit events 🎉

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in health-related fields, marketing, or sales experience in managed Medicare and Medicaid
• Active Department of Insurance Accident & Health NY License
• Working knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare, D-SNP, MAP, and Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) product lines
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the tri-state area 🗺️
• Bilingual skills in English/Cantonese/Mandarin required
• Must reside in NY, NJ, or CT
