Join Our Mission to Improve Healthcare — Be a Bilingual Medical Scribe at Oak Street Health! 🌟

We’re dedicated to creating a connected, compassionate, and convenient health experience for every individual. At CVS Health®, you'll be part of a passionate team committed to innovation, safety, and quality — helping to simplify healthcare one person, one family, and one community at a time.

Position: Medical Scribe - Bilingual Polish Preferred

Company: Oak Street Health

Role Overview 🩺

The Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS) or Medical Scribe at Oak Street Health supports primary care providers by managing clinical documentation, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Scribes assist throughout the patient visit — from morning planning huddles, to observing and documenting in exam rooms, and following up after visits.

Beyond documentation, these vital care team members act as clinical documentation assistants, specializing in accurate, specific, and timely record keeping. They become experts in our value-based care model, chronic condition management, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and identifying care gaps to optimize patient outcomes. Extensive on-the-job training ensures proficiency in clinical workflows, preventative care, population health data, and team-based care.

Ideal candidates are committed for at least 1-2 years — an excellent opportunity for pre-med students, or those pursuing careers in health informatics, public health, healthcare administration, medical coding, and related fields.
