- Employment Type: 6+ month W2 contract (No C2C, no sponsorship available)
📝 Overview
Talent Groups aims to enhance our clinical review processes by onboarding a detail-oriented Medical Record Review Associate. The ideal candidate will possess a clinical background and bilingual capabilities, with a strong preference for those fluent in Canadian French.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Review & Interpret: Medical records and clinical documentation in both English and French
- Ensure Quality: Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation and reporting
- Maintain Confidentiality: Protect sensitive information adhering to confidentiality standards
- Collaborate & Improve: Work across teams to resolve issues and enhance processes
- Data Insights: Provide recommendations based on data analysis
- Participate: Engage in process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Support Team Development: Assist with training, documentation, and onboarding
- Escalation Point: Act as a resource for junior associates when necessary
- Standards & Customer Service: Follow SOPs and deliver high-quality service internally and externally
🔑 Required Skills
- Bilingual: English and French; Canadian French preferred, other dialects acceptable
- Experience: Reviewing medical records in both languages
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills
- Independence: Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 1–3 years of equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related or specialized domain
- Clinical Background: Preferred, such as LPN, RN, or similar roles
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Performance: Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively
