We are a tight-knit healthcare practice seeking dedicated bilingual Korean and English professionals for various medical office roles at our Buena Park and Los Angeles locations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary depending on your experience, license, and assigned role. General duties include:

• Greeting and assisting patients professionally
• Answering calls and scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Reviewing and updating patient records
• Recording vital signs
• Supporting clinical workflow and patient care
• Handling patient specimens accurately
• Maintaining exam rooms and office cleanliness
• Supporting front and back-office operations
• Performing additional duties as directed by physicians or management

Additional Duties for LVN Clinical Coordinator Candidates

• Supporting clinical and back-office workflow
• Performing patient assessments and collecting clinical data
• Assisting with procedures and follow-up tasks within scope of practice
• Starting IV therapy and blood withdrawal (per certification and protocols)
• Administering medications or injections as permitted
• Coordinating labs, imaging, referrals, and follow-ups
• Communicating care instructions and results to patients
• Training and supporting other staff members
• Monitoring supplies and exam room readiness
• Enhancing office efficiency and patient experience

Qualifications

• Bilingual Korean and English skills are required 🇰🇷🇺🇸
• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience in medical office settings preferred; training available
• For LVN Candidates:
  • Active California LVN license
  • IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal certification
  • Ability to work within scope of practice and protocols
• Healthcare background, internal medicine, or outpatient clinic experience a plus

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Expected hours: 24–45 hours/week
• Start date: Negotiable

Compensation & Benefits

Salary varies based on role, experience, and licenses:

• Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant: $20.00 – $25.00/hour
• LVN Clinical Coordinator (with IV Therapy/Blood Withdrawal): $26.00 – $40.00/hour
