Job Description
The Position
The Medical Communications team is an integral part of our integrated commercial services. This role is crucial for building credibility and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and industry clients. It involves delivering top-tier services such as:
- Call center staffing for responding to product information requests 📞
- Identifying and in-taking adverse events and product quality issues 🚑
- Medical writing to support communication needs 📝
This is a home-based, full-time position, ideally located in one of the following countries: Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or the UK.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Translate documents between English and target languages, delivering responses via phone or written correspondence 🗣️✉️
- Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers regarding drug information 💊
- Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing 📢✍️
- Identify adverse events and product complaints, perform initial intake, and generate reports complying with EVERSANA and client SOPs 🩺📄
- Assess safety information and make accurate determinations about further information needed 🔍
- Create narratives for adverse events and product complaints during intake and medical inquiries ✍️
- Coordinate responses to quality-related complaints involving cross-departmental interactions 🤝
- Evaluate medical literature for research and dissemination to healthcare professionals 📚
- Engage in miscellaneous projects such as market research, system development, and sales training 🚀
- Medical writing and support on an on-call basis as needed 📝⏰
- Perform other duties as assigned

Working Hours
Europe-based hours between 8am - 6pm CET, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work on bank holidays may be required, with compensatory days off provided. 🕗🎉
Performance Metrics
Contribute to process improvements that positively influence call centre metrics. These metrics are reviewed and updated periodically to ensure excellence. 📊
Travel
While this position generally does not require travel, candidates should be prepared to travel up to 10% when necessary. ✈️
