Hourly Pay Range 💰

$19.89 - $28.84 per hour

The hourly pay rate offered depends on a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights ⭐️

• Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The first $500 is paid on the pay date of the period in which you reach 6 months of employment; the remaining $500 is paid upon reaching 1 year of employment, provided you remain employed at a 0.5 FTE or above.
• Position: Medical Assistant - Urology
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full Time: 40 hours/week
• Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Required Travel: Plainfield office for coverage purposes

What You Will Do 🩺

Under the general supervision of the clinic supervisor and following established procedures, you will:

• Prepare patients for physical examinations
• Obtain specimens and conduct routine laboratory tests
• Record test results and perform phlebotomy and diagnostic tests
• Perform clinical and administrative tasks under delegated supervision of a physician

Required Qualifications ✅

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• A valid driver's license (required if performing duties at off-site locations). If using a personal vehicle, maintain automobile liability coverage, which may be verified.
• Flexibility for scheduling changes, including overtime, evening, and Saturday rotations

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Current certification or registration as a Certified, Registered, or Clinically Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) from recognized agencies such as AAMA, ARMA, NHA, etc., with at least 6 months of clinical experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
