Hourly Pay Range 💰

$19.89 - $28.84 per hour — The pay offered is based on a candidate's expertise, years of experience, and other relevant factors.

Position Highlights 📌

• Position: Medical Assistant - Primary Care - Days
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full Time: 40 hours/week
• Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Rotating Saturday mornings. Hours may vary based on clinic needs.
• Required Travel: No

What You Will Do 🔧

• Assist under the supervision of the Supervisor by performing select clinical functions to improve patient care.
• Prepare patients for physical examinations, obtain specimens, and conduct routine laboratory tests and x-rays.
• Record results of diagnostic tests and assist with in-office procedures under the guidance of a physician.
• Rotate to handle front desk responsibilities and perform clerical duties related to clinic operations.

What You Will Need 📝

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of clinical experience if not certified as Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). CNA candidates will also be considered.
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Valid driver’s license for off-site duties, with automobile liability coverage if using personal vehicle.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

• Current certification or registration as a CMA, RMA, or CCMA through recognized agencies like AAMA, ARMA, or NHA.
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience.
• Consideration for CNA candidates as well.
