🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Front and Back Medical Assistant to support our family and internal medicine clinics. Reporting to our Medical Office Manager/Site Administrator, you will play a critical role in helping us scale our healthcare services.

The position involves working at two clinic locations in Anaheim and Westminster.

📝 What You'll Do

• Assist physicians, nurses, and medical staff through administrative and clinical duties under the physician’s guidance
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms, record patient medical histories, and sterilize equipment
• Escort patients to exam rooms, interview, and measure vital signs (weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
• Document all patient information accurately in medical records
• Gather medical histories and record vital statistics and test results
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Prioritize workload and remain flexible to meet deadlines
• Work overtime when necessary to achieve targets

🎓 Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Vietnamese
• Available to work at both clinics (Anaheim and Westminster)
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant or similar healthcare role
• Active and unrestricted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license in California
• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards

• Strong communication skills, courteous and friendly

🌎 Working Conditions

• Work onsite daily at our clinics
• As a float, work at multiple locations including your home office at 710 N. Euclid Street, Anaheim, CA 92801
• Pay range: $20 - $26 per hour. Compensation varies based on experience and location
• Typical work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
