Your role will involve assisting with clinical procedures, specimen collection, basic diagnostics, and EMR documentation — all while ensuring high-quality care and adherence to clinical standards. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fuzhounese is essential.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Clinical Support: Perform patient intake, record vital signs, and complete EMR documentation.
• Phlebotomy & Testing: Draw blood, conduct EKGs, and perform basic point-of-care tests.
• Specimen Handling: Process, label, and manage lab specimens accurately.
• Patient Assistance: Support patient mobility, care, and overall experience.
• Care Coordination: Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and managing patient flow.
• Compliance & Support: Uphold safety standards and provide language assistance as needed.

Qualifications ✅

• Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fuzhounese is required.
• Certifications: Certified Phlebotomist; EKG experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or technician training preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of venipuncture experience, preferably with elderly patients.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, keen attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
