About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Front and Back Medical Assistant to support our healthcare providers. Reporting to our Medical Office Manager/Site Administrator, you'll help us continue to grow and excel in the healthcare industry.

• Westminster Clinic - 15576 Brookhurst St, Unit B, Westminster, CA 92683

What You'll Do 📝

• Assist physicians, nurses, and medical staff with administrative and clinical duties under a physician's supervision.
• Administrative tasks: Schedule appointments, maintain medical records.
• Clinical tasks: Prepare treatment rooms, record patient history, clean and sterilize equipment.
• Escort patients, interview them, measure vital signs (weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature), and document all information.
• Obtain and record medical history, vital statistics, and test results.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Prioritize workload and adapt as needed, with potential overtime for deadline management.

Qualifications ✅

• Fluent in Vietnamese
• Ability to work at both clinic locations in Anaheim and Westminster
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant or equivalent
• Active and unrestricted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential in California
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred but Not Required 🌟

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong confidentiality adherence following HIPAA
• Reliable, ethical, and mature judgment
• Effective and courteous communication skills

Work Environment & Conditions 🏢

Our team operates primarily onsite, working at our clinics daily. As a float staff member, you may work across multiple locations, including your home office at 710 N. Euclid Street, Anaheim, CA 92801, and 15576 Brookhurst St, Unit B, Westminster, CA 92683.

Pay Range: $20 - $26/hour, based on experience, location, and other factors.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
