Job Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Shift Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
• Language Requirement: Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
• Office Location: Brooklyn, New York

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule on-site patient visits 📞
• Manage patient appointments for consultations and follow-ups 📅
• Document patient interactions and update records in EMR systems 📝

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• At least 3-6 months of experience as a Scheduler in a clinical setting
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! 🎓

Certifications

Candidates with healthcare-related education or equivalent experience will also be considered.
