Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Bilingual Spanish/English Medicaid Coordinator to join our Bronx business office. If you're detail-oriented, excel in communication, and skilled at multitasking, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities 💼

• Manage client eligibility and recertification for Medicaid benefits.
• Serve as liaison between families, managed care organizations, and government agencies.
• Guide clients through Medicaid applications and renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of approvals, denials, and communications.
• Track authorization expirations to ensure continuous care.
• Confirm that all monthly Spend-downs and Pooled Trust Income are paid in full.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements ✅

• Previous experience in home care or Medicaid office settings.
• Strong knowledge of NYS Medicaid regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and well-organized.
