Join our team to provide exceptional support to members and potential members, assisting with their inquiries through various communication channels.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist members and potential members with their telephone requests, explain our products and services, respond to issues, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Member Support: Assist members and potential members via telephone, chat, and email by answering questions related to transactions, products, and services, and resolving issues within your authority. Escalate problems beyond your scope to supervisors with recommendations.
• Complaint & Priority Issue Handling: Identify and escalate member complaints and urgent issues promptly.
• Multichannel Requests: Manage requests across all platforms, including bill pay, debit and credit cards, online banking, mobile banking, telephone banking, and online account openings.
• Quality Service: Deliver accurate, courteous, friendly, and professional service to all members and potential members in a timely manner.
• Cross-Selling: Recognize opportunities to cross-sell and promote additional products and services to members and prospects.
• Record Keeping & Communication: Maintain dependable attendance and timeliness. Respond to secure messages in Relationship Manager and process new online accounts through Oflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Compensation & Work Schedule 💼

At Align Credit Union, we value transparency and provide clear information about our pay practices. The expected base rate for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
