Who We're Looking For 🎯

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years of pre-MBA work experience in Finance, Marketing, or Sales at major multinational companies
• Currently pursuing or holding an MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Management
• Proven leadership abilities — capable of guiding teams and advising senior leaders
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
• People leadership experience is preferred
• Result-driven with effective project management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, with the ability to interact with various management levels and external clients
• Must be a Japanese citizen willing to relocate to Japan
