🌿 Specific Job Functions

• Ensure guest comfort and safety: Provide spa guests with a relaxing experience while prioritizing their safety.
• Perform therapeutic services: Offer massage therapies and body treatments utilizing various modalities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service: Maintain a high standard of service by staying updated on current massage techniques and procedures.
• Personalize treatments: Cater to each guest's unique needs with customized techniques.
• Maintain a clean environment: Keep the workspace safe, sanitary, and inviting for guests and staff alike.
• Complete services efficiently: Finish treatments within the allocated time while upholding professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage supplies: Stock linens and operating supplies as necessary.
• Additional duties: Perform other related job responsibilities as assigned.

📝 Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Massage license: Required
• Certification: Must be nationally certified or grandfathered in (licensed prior to June 30, 2007)
• Experience: At least one year of previous spa experience preferred
• Customer service: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience required
• Availability & Communication: Flexible schedule and excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Bilingual skills: Preferred
• Technical proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and spa management software preferred
• Licensing familiarity: Knowledge of massage licensing requirements necessary
