Saffron & Sage, a holistic wellness clinic hosting multi-sensory experiential events in San Diego, is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant with massage experience to join our team. About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional patient service, and a supportive team atmosphere. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and proficient in communication with both clients and the clinical team. Training will be provided, but previous massage experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide exceptional massage therapy services in modalities such as lymphatic drainage, acupressure, craniosacral, deep tissue, Thai, sports, Swedish, and more.
• Deliver a variety of spa services tailored to client needs.
• Maintain client documentation and files accurately and confidentially.
• Create and uphold a clean, inviting, and therapeutic environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, needs, and expectations.
• Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client experience.
• Follow hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with administration to report and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hands-on experience in massage techniques and face/body therapies.
• Experience in sales (considered a plus).
• Excellent command of English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and grounded energy.
