We are a fast-paced, multidisciplinary chiropractic office specializing in acute care and functional medicine. We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

• Therapeutic & Rehabilitative Massage: Deliver massage therapy to patients based on the doctor’s orders.
• Documentation: Maintain daily progress notes in the ChiroTouch program to record treatments.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Printing patient documents
  • Faxing and emailing correspondence
• Light Cleaning: Perform basic cleaning duties to maintain a tidy environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be bilingual
• Computer literate with excellent phone and customer service skills
• Strong team player able to multitask efficiently
• Preferred: Registered license (not mandatory)
• Must have completed MT (Massage Therapy) school

Work Schedule

🕒 Hours are from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Friday from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM; Saturday from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Compensation

💰 Salary is based on experience, ranging from $13 to $18 per hour.
