Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and physical channels to promote brand growth, deepen fan engagement, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive e-commerce sales, increase store traffic, and support overall brand growth in the U.S., aligning closely with HQ guidelines and campaign directions.
  • Digital & CRM Marketing: Manage CRM, email campaigns, and digital initiatives to attract new customers, encourage repeat business, and foster fan loyalty.
  • Content & Social Media Management: Oversee content planning and social media execution, ensuring alignment with K-POP artists, fandom culture, and campaign calendars. 📱🎬
  • Store & Event Marketing: Support the launch of flagship stores, organize in-store events, and activate artist-related experiences with localized marketing strategies.
  • Content, Social Media & YouTube Management: Oversee planning and execution across social platforms and YouTube, including content creation and channel management.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, traffic, and conversions. Optimize marketing spend based on data insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce and Store Operations teams to ensure all marketing efforts are operationally coordinated and aligned.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and analytics
  • Experience within retail and e-commerce sectors
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep passion and knowledge of K-POP artists, fandom culture, and current trends
  • Experience in video content planning, production, and channel management (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, etc.) is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
  • Must work on-site 5 days a week (full-time in-person) to ensure effective store and team management
