Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and physical channels, aiming to boost brand growth, fan engagement, and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support e-commerce, flagship store traffic, and overall brand expansion in the U.S., collaborating closely with headquarters and aligning with campaign guidelines.
  • Digital & CRM Marketing: Plan and oversee CRM, email, and digital campaigns to attract new customers, encourage repeat purchases, and enhance fan engagement.
  • Content & Social Media Management: Manage content planning and social media execution, aligning with K-POP artists, fandom culture, and campaign calendars.
  • Store & Event Marketing: Support the launch of flagship stores, in-store events, and artist-related activations through localized marketing initiatives.
  • Content, Social Media & YouTube Oversight: Lead content creation and execution across social media platforms and YouTube, including videos, Shorts, Reels, etc.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign data, traffic, and conversion metrics, optimizing marketing spend based on insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce and Store Operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are operationally synchronized.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
  • Strong understanding of CRM and analytics tools
  • Experience in retail and e-commerce environments
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Deep interest and knowledge of K-POP artists, fandom culture, and trends
  • Experience in video content planning, production coordination, uploading, and channel management (e.g., YouTube, Shorts, Reels) is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is a plus
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week (100% in-person) for effective store management and team leadership
