Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will execute integrated marketing strategies across both digital and physical channels to promote brand growth, boost fan engagement, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support e-commerce sales, flagship store traffic, and overall brand expansion in the U.S., collaborating closely with HQ and aligning with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Digital & CRM Marketing: Manage CRM, email, and digital campaigns to attract new customers, encourage repeat purchases, and foster fan engagement.
- Content & Social Media Management: Oversee content creation and social media execution, ensuring alignment with K-POP artists, fandom culture, and campaign calendar timelines.
- Store & Event Marketing: Support flagship store launches, in-store events, and artist-related activations through localized marketing efforts.
- Content, Social Media & YouTube Management: Coordinate content planning and execution across social platforms and YouTube, including video content production and scheduling.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to optimize marketing spend and tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work jointly with E-commerce and Store Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are seamlessly integrated into operational activities.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Experience working within retail and e-commerce environments.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Deep passion and knowledge of K-POP artists, fandom culture, and trends.
- Experience in video content planning, production coordination, uploading, and channel management (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, etc.) is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week (100% in-person) to ensure effective store management and team leadership.
