Your Mission 🎯
In this role, you will:
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee all marketing and advertising activities for assigned franchisees within the Latin America & Caribbean region.
- Provide ongoing marketing and brand direction, supporting franchisees with local marketing programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop short-term and long-term strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales, increasing traffic, expanding market share, and strengthening branding across the region.
- Utilize bilingual English/Spanish communication skills to ensure effective outreach and engagement.
How You’ll Make an Impact 💥
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing programs based on consumer insights and business needs.
- Partner with media and creative agencies to create and implement impactful marketing campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring collaboration and support for marketing initiatives that meet business goals.
- Support, coach, and advise franchisees on local store marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained throughout the region.
- Assess regional performance and identify opportunities across all franchisees.
- Travel within the region to understand market dynamics, identify new sales opportunities, and assist franchisees with marketing needs.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to regional initiatives.
- Assist with regional market tests, including new products, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Develop branded training programs for local marketing teams.
- Analyze marketing plan effectiveness and cost efficiency, offering developmental recommendations as needed.
- Communicate marketing plans and strategies clearly with franchisees, marketing staff, and senior management, ensuring timely and thorough updates.
- Review and analyze annual advertising plans, providing recommendations to boost sales and optimize investment.
- Develop and execute marketing action plans for priority markets and store situations, supporting plan implementation when needed.
- Conduct in-field meetings (individual, DMA, or Co-Op) to enhance knowledge and develop local marketing expertise.
Who You Are 🧑💼
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years of proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing effectiveness, sales data, and competitive trends.
- Understanding of vertically integrated marketing philosophies.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly to both individuals and large groups.
- Experience with agency processes, including briefing, creative development, and media planning.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% via airplane, automobile, or public transportation, adhering to travel policies.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and in-store as required.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 🌟
- Experience in retail or consumer goods, especially in field marketing.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations with a focus on customer service.
Where You’ll Work 🏢
- Half of your time will be spent in the marketplace consulting with franchisees, evaluating marketing efforts and expenditures—no hazardous conditions involved.
- Exposure to elements in the store environment as part of regular responsibilities.
