Position Type: Internship (16+ hours/week). Excellent performance can lead to a long-term role with us.

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays (required), with occasional weekends. Fully on-site in Placentia, CA.

Job Overview 💼

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Placentia, California. This position is perfect for students or recent graduates eager to gain practical experience in marketing within the fashion and cultural wear industry. Under the guidance of leadership and the operations team, you will help implement marketing strategies, manage social media content, and assist in organizing campaigns and events.

Responsibilities ✍️

• Produce and publish engaging content across our social media platforms in a timely manner 📱
• Help manage and grow our social media presence, fostering a culturally engaging online community 🌎
• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to social media inquiries and comments to boost audience engagement 💬
• Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to develop culturally relevant campaigns 🎯
• Assist with collaborations and influencer marketing 🤝
• Monitor industry trends to position our brand effectively 📈
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and social media metrics 📊
• Participate in organizing and executing events, including photoshoots and promotional activities 📸
• Facilitate showroom appointments, provide excellent customer service, and handle order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping) 🚚

Education and Experience 🎓

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Vietnamese bilingual skills required (read, write, speak) 🗣️
• Portfolio of work or successful project track record is highly encouraged
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Passion for Vietnamese culture and promoting Ao Dai through various marketing channels ❤️
• Strong interest in marketing and content creation 📝
• Comfortable in front of the camera 📷
• Proficiency in social media and digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, newsletters, Canva, and blogs 🖥️
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented thinker 💡
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently 🗂️
• Conversational Vietnamese proficiency preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for operational tasks
