Position: Marketing Associate

We are hiring multiple Marketing Associate positions to strengthen our outreach and relationship-building efforts. This role is vital in expanding our referral network, increasing brand awareness, and growing our patient census.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain referrals from existing sources and follow up to ensure patient enrollment.
  • Build strategic partnerships and develop techniques to attract new clients.
  • Present information about True Care's programs and services to community organizations, including doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing homes, independent living facilities, planning boards, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients.
  • Research and participate in health and wellness fairs throughout New York City, coordinating with health agencies for long-term impact.
  • Attend community events as needed.
  • Create engaging outreach materials in collaboration with the Branding department.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the agency's vision, mission, values, and service offerings; differentiate True Care from competitors.
  • Provide monthly reports on outreach activities.
  • Perform other marketing duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma; a college degree in a related business field is preferred.
  • Experience in the Home Care Private Client sector is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within New York City; owning a car is required.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Salesforce and Excel.
  • Excellent sales, marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong business development goals and execution abilities.
  • Professional appearance, behavior, and demeanor at all times.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service standards.
