Position: Marketing Associate

We are excited to welcome multiple Marketing Associates to our team! This role is pivotal in building and strengthening relationships with referral sources to grow our client base and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain referrals from existing sources and follow up to ensure patient enrollment 📝
• Build strategic partnerships and develop techniques to attract new clients
• Present True Care’s programs and services to community organizations, including doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals 🏥
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract new patients
• Research and participate in health and wellness fairs across New York City, coordinating long-term partnerships with health agencies 🤝
• Attend community events as needed
• Develop engaging outreach materials with the Branding department
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our agency’s vision, mission, values, and services 🧠
• Provide monthly reports on outreach efforts 📊
• Perform additional marketing duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree in a related business field (preferred)
• Experience in the Home Care Private Client sector is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within New York City; a car is required 🚗
• Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Salesforce and Excel
• Excellent sales, marketing, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Self-driven with strong business development goals and execution abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Commitment to high-quality customer service
