Imagry | Autonomous Driving Is Hiring A Marketing Assistant
Imagry is seeking a dedicated and versatile Full-Time, On-Site Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. This role combines marketing duties with administrative support to ensure smooth operations and increased company visibility.
Position Overview
The role encompasses two primary domains:
- 75% focused on marketing activities, reporting directly to our Marketing Director in Israel.
- 25% dedicated to administrative tasks, supporting staff efficiency and office management.

Responsibilities
📈 Marketing
- Exhibitions: Execute marketing tasks related to the company’s presence at U.S. events, which may include travel.
- Collateral: Update and distribute marketing materials such as one-pagers, decks, and business cards.
- Events Calendar: Research, recommend, and liaise with relevant conferences to boost Imagry’s exposure to prospective clients, investors, analysts, and media in the U.S.
- Social Media:
- Monitor platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) and digital industry news for engagement opportunities.
- Create content suggestions to enhance the company's social media presence in the U.S.
🗂️ Administration
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding processes in the office.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures specific to the U.S. site.
- Create and maintain records and databases with personnel and other data (e.g., DreamTeam).
- Track inventory of office supplies for the U.S. office.
- Submit time reports and manage U.S. suppliers.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and demo drives to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Native English speaker – Essential
- Proficient in Hebrew
- Scope of Work: Full-time, in-office position
- Familiarity with social media platforms: LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Experience with Office Suite, Canva, HubSpot; video editing skills are a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proven experience as a Marketing Communications (MarCom) assistant, office administrator, or similar role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- BSc/BA degree in office administration or related field
- Valid driver’s license
