We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & PR Specialist to craft and implement compelling marketing strategies and promotional activities. If you excel at strategic planning and taking charge of multiple channels and projects, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Develop and execute overall marketing and branding strategies
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns for programs and events
• Create and oversee content across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Oversee and enhance ongoing marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with local schools, organizations, and external partners
• Work closely with department directors to plan and promote programs and events
• Maintain consistent and effective brand communication across all channels

Qualifications 🎓

• Proven experience in marketing, PR, or related fields (experience in education, edtech, or community-based organizations is a plus)
• Strong expertise in managing social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Ability to lead projects from strategy to execution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent Korean language skills are required

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Experience working with educational institutions, agencies, or startups
• Experience in video content planning and/or production
• Experience collaborating with schools or local community organizations
• Background in brand development or performance marketing

Additional Information ℹ️

• A probationary period of 3–6 months will be applied
• Working hours and compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement
